These terms govern your use of SRTly's subtitle translation website, API endpoints, credits, and related services.
Your account
Provide an accurate email address, protect your password, and use the service only if you can legally enter an agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Your content
You retain your rights to uploaded and translated subtitles. You must have the right to process the content and must not upload unlawful material, malware, or content that infringes another person's rights. You grant SRTly the limited permission needed to process and return your requested translation.
AI output and review
AI translations may contain errors, omissions, or unsuitable wording. You are responsible for reviewing output before publication, especially for legal, medical, safety, or other high-impact content. We do not guarantee that output will be suitable for every purpose.
Credits and payment
Translation costs are shown before a job starts. One-time credit packs do not renew. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled through the applicable payment provider. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the displayed amount and applicable taxes.
Acceptable use
Do not bypass authentication, credit accounting, rate limits, or security controls; create abusive volumes of free accounts; probe other users' data; resell access without permission; or interfere with service availability. We may restrict activity that creates security, fraud, or cost risks.
Service changes and availability
We may improve models, supported languages, limits, and features over time. We aim for reliable operation but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Failed translation jobs are handled under our refund policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SRTly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on AI output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
